Sub cellular distribution of SLMAP from liver. Rat liver homogenate was fractionated by sucrose gradient centrifugation. Western blot analysis demonstrated that the cis-Golgi marker, α-mannosidase resides in the stacked Golgi fraction 1 (lane SGF1). Endogenous SLMAP (91 kDa) proteins are distributed among fractions where the ER marker calnexin is expressed (lanes B1; S3; SGF3).
