[³H]-CDP-DAG accumulation in HMIT null-mutant (KO) and wild-type (WT) mouse cortical neurones. [³H]-CDP-DAG accumulation increased with time in WT (black lines) and HMIT KO (grey lines) neurones stimulated with 1 mM CCh in the presence of 10 mM LiCl at pH 7.4. There was no difference in the reversal of [³H]-CDP-DAG accumulation in WT (black dashed lines) and HMIT KO (grey dashed lines) neurones following application of 3 mM extracellular myo-inositol.
