K18 sequesters LRP16-GFP fusion protein in the cytoplasm from nucleus. A, B, C, The LRP16-GFP expression vector was transfected or cotransfected with K18 into MCF-7 cells and the proportion of cells displaying LRP16-GFP in the nucleus was determined.
