CHO-K1 cells were grown on coverslips and transiently transfected with plasmid constructs expressing WT or A267T PC. Forty-eight h after transfection the cells were fixed and stained with anti-PC and anti-PDI (ER marker) or anti-GM130 (Golgi marker).
