(A) Intracellular lipid content of cells stably expressing WT SP-C or I73T mutant were quantified by mass spectrometry. Untreated cells (-) or cells treated with 10 μM methylprednisolone (+Met) or hydroxychloroquine (+Hyd) for 24 hours prior to sample isolation.
