Dyn I K44A promotes proteolytic processing of ADAM10. A. HEK-M3 cells were transfected with empty vector, ADAM10, or dyn I K44A, as indicated, and allowed to grow overnight. The following day, the medium was replaced with DMEM containing 1 μ M L-685,458 or vehicle (DMSO). After 18 h, the cells were surface-biotinylated and then lysed. Biotinylated proteins and cell lysates were subjected to immunoblot analysis. B.
