Effect of the endotoxin-binding polypeptide polymyxin B (PMXB) on cytokine production by microglia stimulated with glycated albumin (GA) for 24 h. Neither TNF-α nor IL-1β production induced by 250 μg/mL GA was inhibited by PMXB (10 μg/mL). Unstimulated microglia was as a control.
