Effect of JNK inhibition on lung architecture in the NB WT BPD murine model. NB WT BPD murine model (as described in Methods) and control mice on regular water, with or without treatment with JNKi, were sacrificed at PN14. Alveolar size, as measured by chord length, noted a significant improvement in lung alveolarization in the BPD model, with JNK inhibition.
