IFN-α induces phosphorylation of PKC-δ in Daudi and U266 B lymphoma cells. Daudi (A) and U266 (B) cells were cultured with 250 U/ml IFN-α, followed by Western blotting using Abs specific for pan- or phospho (Thr505)-PKC-δ.
