Rosa26-Cre ER^T2:THOC5 (flox/flox) (n = 12) mice were injected with tamoxifen. Blood samples were taken from the heart on 0, 2, 4, or 5-7 days after the first injection. Blood samples of 100 μl were plated onto blood agar and colony numbers of bacteria from each mouse are shown.
