  1. Frequency of SCEs are shown as mean number of exchanges per 46 chromosomes (Cs) for at least 20 metaphases for each cell line without inducer and with inducer. The range of the SCEs is shown. The relative percentage correction is calculated from the ratio of the mean number of exchanges per 46 chromosomes +Tet / the mean number of exchanges per 46 chromosomes - Tet. The cell line expressing GFP alone is 0.93 and 7% correction. The GFP-BLM cell line ratio is 0.3 and 70% correction. Cell lines were induced with 1 μg/ml Tet.
