From: Phospholipase Cδ regulates germination of Dictyostelium spores
IP 3 formation in germinating spores. Wild-type and plc-null spores were incubated in growth medium at 22°C or 16°C. At the times indicated samples were withdrawn and assayed for the IP3 content using an isotope dillution assay. The means and standard deviations of triplicate determinations from two independent experiments are shown.
