Gel filtration analysis of endogenous HsCOP1 protein. The nucleoplasm extract from HeLa cells was fractionated by Superose 6 column. Fractions were concentrated with StrataClean resin and subjected to immunoblot with anti-COP1, anti-CSN2 and anti-CSN8 antibodies as indicated on the left. The fraction numbers are indicated on the top of the panel. The peak positions of size markers are indicated at bottom. T, total; CSN2 and CSN8, the COP9 signalosome subunit 2 and 8.
