Cell cycle assay of induced cell lines. Cell lines expressing GFP-BLM alleles described previously [19] were induced for five days with 1 μg/ml doxycycline. Cell cultures were harvested, fixed and stained with PI. Relative DNA content was measured by FACS analysis. A.
