Table 1 The effects of HA-TAT-protein transductions and OPN treatment on gelsolin/actin ratio and F-actin content of osteoclasts. F-actin content was measured by rhodamine-phalloidin binding in osteoclasts treated as indicated in the table. About 4–5 wells were used for each treatment. The experiment was repeated three times. The data presented are mean ± SE for three experiments.
