  1. (*) The levels of Cdt1 expression and Cdc2 phosphorylation were quantified and the length of the delay was measured at the point where Cdt1 expression and Cdc2 phosphorylation, respectively, reached 50% of its maximal value. Irradiations were carried out 3.5 hours after inoculation in medium.
