Developmental phenotypes of ( A ) wild-type or ( B , C ) rasGEFM null cells. (A, B) AX2 or HSB61 cells were plated at the beginning of starvation at a concentration of 1 × 107cell/ml on non-nutrient agar (approx. 6.5 × 105 cell/cm2). (C) HSB61 cells were pulsed with cAMP for 10 hours before plated on agar. The final phenotype after 24 hours is shown.
