(B) Graph showing the changes in mRNA levels of hTERT, c-myc and PPARγ genes with increasing time, after 25OH-C treatment. The relative levels of hTERT, c-myc and PPARγ mRNA expression were determined by measuring their band intensities using SCION IMAGE analysis software and normalizing to β2M band intensity. Data are expressed as percentage of control (0 h). Each data point represents mean ± SD of three independent experiments.
