From: Nuclear envelope transmembrane proteins (NETs) that are up-regulated during myogenesis
Nuclear envelope targeting of NETs up-regulated in C2C12 differentiation. V5 epitope tagged NETs, LAP2β and calnexin (Cnx) were transiently transfected into C2C12 cells. Cell were left untreated (- T) or extracted with 1% Triton X-100 (+ T) before fixation and immunofluorescence staining. Shown are representative images from (A) undifferentiated C2C12 cells, (B) differentiated C2C12 cells. All epitope-tagged calnexin was removed by Triton X-100 pre-extraction (not shown).
