HT 1376 bladder carcinoma cells were stained with Trypan Blue and evaluated with a hemocytometer, as described in Methods. Data reported in the table are from one representative experiment. Counting error was ± 0.15 × 10⁶ cells. The count was repeated once, with virtually identical results.
