Cell capture using HaoTag Technolgy. (a) HeLa cells co-expressing Ī²1Int-HaloTag and luciferase were labeled with HaloTag PEG-Biotin. They show specific capture on SA plates compared to labeled cells co-expressing HaloTag and luciferase. Pre-coating plates with HaloTag PEG-Biotin blocks the specific capture. (b) HEK293 cells stably expressing Ī²1Int-HaloTag (top panel) or wildtype HEK293 (bottom panel) were labeled with HaloTag PEG-Biotin. After capture and replate, cells were Tamra labeled and live cell imaging shows Ī²1Int-HaloTag-expressing cells are specifically captured and survive.
