Effect of wortmannin (WM) on insulin-mediated glucose uptake in C2Glut-4^wt/+FAK^wt/+ cells. C2Glut-4^wt/+FAK^wt/+ cells were differentiated under MF and MFI condition, serum starved for 1 h and were stimulated with insulin (100 nM) for 15 min, preincubated with 200 nM WM for 30 min, followed by 2DOG uptake in 40 μg cell lysates. The uptake was measured in duplicates. Data has been presented in terms of pmol/mg/min. Open bars represent cells under MF condition, Closed bars represents cells under MFI condition.
