Dex addition in standard osteogenic medium induces adipocyte differentiation. Confluent BMSCs were cultured for 14 days in growth medium (G 0), in growth medium added with Dex 100 nM (G 100), in adipogenic medium containing Dex 100 nM (A 100) or 500 nM (A 500), or cultured in osteogenic medium supplemented with 0 to 150 nM of Dex (O 0 to O 150).
