Recombinant GFP-Kb also form a post-ER accumulation. MEF cells transiently transfected with GFP-Kb were fixed, permeabilized, and stained with antibodies against PDI (a), p58 (b), or GM130 (c). Prior to fixation, cells were either kept at 37 °C or incubated for 1.5 h at 15 °C (b) or 20 °C (c).
