Expression of each of the FMNL2 isoforms (red) was sufficient to induce stress fiber formation (F-actin, green). Nuclei were detected with DAPI in the merged image. c NIH 3T3 fibroblasts were transiently transfected with an SRF luciferase reporter gene and the indicated FMNL2 derivative.
