Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI; b, The distribution of IGF2 RNA towards the chromosome territory (SSC2) was scored in one of three classes: inside, edge and outside. The three classes were defined by combining the 3D distances (RNA spot center to chromosome territory edge and the percentage of colocalization (RNA in its chromosome territory) obtained with NEMO [29]. A significant fraction of RNA signals was found located outside SSC2 (in 72 % of nuclei)
