lncRNA CCAT1 was overexpressed in 5-FU resistant colon cancer cells. a. CCK-8 essay was performed to examine the IC50 value for HCT 116, HT-29, HCT 116/5-FU and HT-29/5-FU cells after 5-FU treatment. b.
