Increase of fluorescence intensity by O8 in HeLa cells. a HeLa cells were treated with the TAT-S3 probe at 37 °C for 24 h. HeLa cells were treated with 0.5 and 2 μg O8 for 1 h and then treated with 500 μM H2O2 for 1 h.
