RPPA measurements of protein and phosphorylated protein levels. a-d, f-h Average RPPA normalized fluorescent intensity (NFI) from the indicated antibodies (described in methods) is plotted from 6 replicate measurements. NFI is normalized to protein content. Statistical calculations for normally distributed data were made using one way ANOVA, and post-hoc Bonferroni (BF) for equal variances (all variances were equal). For non-parametric data, Kruskall-Wallis (KW) pairwise comparisons were calculated for 24 unrelated samples. * p < 0.05; ** p < 0.01, *** p < 0.001.
