Codanin-1 lengthens C15Orf41 half-life time. Cells were treated with cycloheximide for the indicated times and were run on a western blot. β-tubulin antibody was used as a loading control. Note that the quantity of HA-C15Orf41 DNA in the co-transfection with Codanin-1 was half of the quantity transfected in HA-C15Orf41 and vector treatment in order to get more equal initial levels of HA-C15Orf41.
