The half-life of endogenous BACE2 is approximately 4 h in primary neurons. a Primary cortical neurons were treated with 100 μg/mL CHX for 0, 2, 4, 8 and 12 h, respectively. Cell lysates were resolved by 10% SDS-PAGE. BACE2 expression was detected by using anti-BACE2 antibody. β-actin was detected by AC-15 and served as an internal reference. b Quantification of BACE2 levels at each time-point.
