Activity analysis of HdHSF1 gene promoter in HEK293T cells. Based on the length of the seven fragments containing promoter region, the recombinant plasmids were named pGL3-hsf1-r1, pGL3-hsf1-r2, pGL3-hsf1-r3, pGL3-hsf1-r4, pGL3-hsf1-r5, pGL3-hsf1-r6, and pGL3-hsf1-r7. The pRL-TK vector containing the Renilla luciferase gene was transfected as an internal reference to correct the transfection efficiency. The pGL3-Basic plasmid served as a negative control. The different letters on the error bars represent significant differences, p < 0.05. The values are means ± SD of biological replicates (n = 3)
