  1. IL8 and TGFA were measured by Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay in the cell culture medium of the tree different conditions exanimated. The levels of IL8 and TGFA were equal in the three condition at the baseline time point. IL8 secretion remained stable in the control group for all time points while increased in the scratched and in the treated condition. TGFA secretion decreased in all time points
