From: Intracellular targeting of Cisd2/Miner1 to the endoplasmic reticulum
The distribution of COPI is not modified in cells overexpressing Cisd2 or CD1b-Cisd2. Cells were transfected to express ER-YFP together with Cisd2, CD1b-M1 or control plasmid. Each cell was then stained with anti-Cisd2 antibodies (red in merged picture) and anti-COPI antibodies (green). All pictures were taken with a confocal microscope (LSM800, Zeiss). Scale bar: 10 μm.
