NPR-11 co-localizes with RAB11 after peptide stimulation. Potential co-localization of NPR-11 fused to an enhanced yellow fluorescent protein (eYFP) with recycling endosomes was assessed using co-expression with rab11::eCFP in HEK293 cells.
