High expression of miR-378 predicted poor prognosis in TB patients. The effect of miR-378 expression on the incidence of adverse prognosis in TB patients within 6 months of treatment was analyzed using the Kaplan–Meier curve. The curve of the miR-378 high expression group shifted to the left compared with the low expression group. Log-rank analysis was used to test the differences of Kaplan–Meier curve in different groups.
