MAPKAPK5-AS1 and ZEB1 expressions were up-regulated in HCC, and miR-429 expression was down-regulated. A-C UALCAN database showed the expressions of MAPKAPK5-AS1, miR-429 and ZEB1 in HCC tissues and normal tissues. D-F UALCAN database showed the expressions of MAPKAPK5-AS1, miR-429 and ZEB1 in HCC tissues and normal tissues based on different tumor grades.
