GH/E2 could regulate the MAPK/NF-κB pathway. BEAS-2B cells were treated with 1000 ng/mL RBD and 200 ng/mL GH, 1 nM E2, or 10 nM Tes simultaneously for 24 h. A-B. The mRNA expression of MAPK14 and RELA in the MAPK/NF-κB pathway was measured by qRT‒PCR. C-E. The protein expression of phospho-MAPK14, MAPK14, phospho-RELA and RELA in the MAPK/NF-κB pathway was evaluated by Western blotting. The experiments were repeated three times. The significance of three or more groups was compared by one-way ANOVA. Tukey’s test was adopted for postmortem testing. * P < 0.05 vs. control, # P < 0.05 vs. RBD.
