Cytoplasm HMGB1 mediates LPS-induced autophagy of macrophages. A. Macrophage RAW264.7 were pretreated with 25 mmol/l anacardic acid (AA) and then treated with LPS (1 μg/ml) or LPS combined anti-HMGB1 antibodies (10 μg/ml) for 12 h. HMGB1 expression and location were detected by immunofluorescence. B, C.
