(A) For mdf-1, the 1332 bp 5' regulatory region that contains the internal promoter is depicted. (F) For the hcp-2 promoter, bean stage embryo is shown. Notice that in some images, like (E), clear mosaicism is observed. Some nuclei have weak GFP signal, while some have no detectable signal. This is likely due to loss of the array. The scale bar represents 10μm.
