  1. FRAP analysis involving local bleaching of EGFP was carried out as described in the legend of Figure 6 with cells preincubated in the absence or presence of SDF-1, as indicated. The mobile fraction (MF) was calculated for each individual cell and then averaged from a total of n = 7-16 cells, as indicated (mean ± s.e.m.) (data obtained in 2-4 independent experiments).
