Immunofluorescence localization of TRPC6 and SNF8. M1R cells expressing FLAG-TRPC6 and HA-SNF8 were fixed and stained as follows: TRPC6 was detected with the anti-FLAG M2 mouse monoclonal antibody and an Alexa488 conjugated anti-mouse secondary (bottom left); SNF8 was detected with an anti-HA rabbit monoclonal antibody and a Cy3 conjugated anti-rabbit secondary (top right). Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (top left). A merged image (bottom right) demonstrates partial localization of TRPC6 and SNF8 in punctuate structures (arrows). Bar = 10 ╬╝m.
