Suppression of ADF or cofilin expression in MTLn3 cells enhances cell migration. A. Cells were serum-starved, seeded on collagen I-precoated filters and then subjected to a migration assay. Cell migration is expressed as percent of control cells. Four independent experiments each performed in triplicate. B. MTLn3 cells were grown into monolayers and wounds were made with a sterile tip.
