PMF criteria: human source, one missed tryptic cleavage, methionine oxidation, score limit >56. b)Despite the fact that potential MS identification of Annexin A5 is below required scoring (5.6% less), this non-significant MS hit was included into the list because the suggested high ratio and protein ID was confirmed by Western blotting.
