Effect of protease inhibitors on the decrease of LPL mass during incubation of tissue explants. Conditions as in Figure 1. A cocktail of protease inhibitors (panel A) or chloroquine (final concentration 150 mM, panel B) were included in the medium of some of the incubations. The tissue was from fed rats.
