Specific activities of (A) maltase and (B) alkaline phosphatase from cell homogenates of fresh mucosa (FM), seeded cells (CS), primary cultured cells (P0), cultured cells after the first passage (P1) and cultured cells after the second passage (P2). Homogenates were made at confluence of the monolayer. Black boxes represent jejunum cells and open boxes colon cells. Results are expressed as mean values ± SD for three culture samples.
