Calcium depletion causes reorganization of acetylated and tyrosinated apical microtubules and decreases the amount of acetylated microtubules. (A) Acetylated (Acetyl) and tyrosinated (Tyr) microtubules (red color) are accumulated inside of contractile F-actin rings (green color) after 1 h of calcium depletion of SK-CO-15 cells. Bar, 5 μm.
