From: GxcDD, a putative RacGEF, is involved in Dictyostelium development
cAMP induced actin polymerization response in mutant and wild type cells. Aggregation competent cells at 2 × 107cells/ml were stimulated with 1 μM cAMP and samples were taken at the indicated times. The F-actin content was determined as described in Materials and methods. The data is the average of three independent experiments.
