The stiffness of hMSCs decreases with increasing temperature and increasing concentration of cytochalasin D. *p < 0.001 as compared to control. (1) p < 0.05 as compared to cytochalasin treatment at 0.2 μM. (2) p < 0.05 as compared to cytochalasin treatment at 2.0 μM. (3) p < 0.05 as compared to cytochalasin treatment at 20 μM.
