The formation of dispersed aggregates is independent of deacetylase HDAC6, microtubules, and intermediate filament vimentin. (A) The cellular localization of aggregates was determined in N2a and Hela cells transfected with CyPrPEGFP for 24 h in the absence (control) or in the presence of 5 μM tubacin, 5 μM scriptaid, or 5 μM nocodazole.
